Amarynthos beach is in Evia.

It is covered with sand and pebbles. Here you will find trees for shade, sun loungers, parasols and beautiful waters to swim. In the area there are restaurants and cafes to enjoy a great meal with fresh fish and fantastic greek mezedes and appetizers, coffee or a drink.

Porto Buffalo beach is in the south of Euboea.

It is located in a protected bay which is an ideal harbor for fishing and other vessels. Porto Buffalo beach is covered with pebbles and sand and has wonderful shallow water for swimming.

The area offers good restaurants serving fresh fish, while you can also admire an impressive anchor from an old shipwreck.

Almyropotamos beach is in the south of Euboea.

It is sanded and has trees for shade, sun beds, umbrellas and crystal clear waters to swim. In the area there are restaurants and cafes for lunch, coffee or drink and hotels and rooms in case you decide to stay overnight.

Nea Styra beach is in the south of Euboea.

This is a great long sandy beach with sun beds, umbrellas and gorgeous blue waters to swim. In Nea Styra beach you will find several cafes and taverns, overlooking the sea.

In the South of Euboea you will find the Porto Lafia beach,

which is right in front of the namesake settlement. Sandy with crystal clear shallow waters, this beach is ideal to enjoy swimming and eat in the local tavern.

Figia beach is in Evia, near Marmari.

Figia beach is covered with sand, being a top choice for its crystal clear waters. In the area there is also a beach bar for those who want to enjoy a coffee or a drink overlooking the sea.

Megali Ammos beach is in Evia, near Marmari.

Megali Ammos means "great sand" in Greek, so as indicated by its name it is a long and beautiful sandy beach. In its crystal-clear and deep waters you will enjoy an excellent swim overlooking Chersonisi. Just note that Megali Ammos beach is not suitable for not so good swimmers as the sea has strong currents.

Kalamia beach is in Evia, near Nea Artaki.

Kalamia beach is a great long sandy beach where you will find sun loungers, umbrellas and a beach bar to enjoy a coffee or drink after your dive in the beautiful blue waters.

Within Evia you can move with buses and taxis. Due to its large expanse, it would be ideal to have your own vehicle, so that you can travel around and enjoy all its beauty.

You can reach Euboea (Evia) by car, crossing the Bridge of Chalkida. The distance Athens-Chalkida is a little less than 80 km.
