Agios Georgios beach is in the northern part of Folegandros.
It is paved with pebbles and sand, and has crystal blue waters. Here you can enjoy a serene swim and relax under the shade of tamarisk trees. You will also see the small church from which the beach took its name.
Agios Georgios beach is exposed to northerly winds, so when strong wind blows it would be better to avoid it, unless you like big waves.
