Fakistra beach is located near Tsagarada, in the region of Magnesia.

Agioi Saranta beach is located pretty near to Horefto.

Horefto beach is about 7 km from Zagora.

Papa Nero beach is next to the cosmopolitan resort of Agios Ioannis.
It is long, strewn with sand and small pebbles. Its turquoise waters invite you to dive and swim for hours and hours, and that’s exactly what you should do. If you happen to need anything extra, you can easily find it in the next village; food, coffee, drinks, nightlife, even rooms to stay overnight and repeat it all over again.
Shortly after Kala Nera and right before Afissos, you will find Boufa beach or else Koropi.

Kala Nera beach is 18 km from Volos.
Located next to the namesake village, it is paved with pebbles. As indicated by its name (Kala=Good and Nera=Waters), it has crystal clear waters. Here, as in all beaches in the Pagasitikos Gulf, you have the chance to enjoy a great swim without particular waves.

Potistika beach is near Xinovryssi village.
This is love at first sight. Potistika beach immediately impresses the visitor with its natural beauty. Approximately one kilometer of coastline with golden sand, very fine pebbles and crystal clear waters, promise one an idyllic swim. The impressive rocks that emerge from the sea are undoubtedly the trademark of the beach, being also a natural platform for diving.
In its vast expanse, many find the opportunity to play rackets and beach volley, and if all these whet your appetite, you will find a tavern and a beach bar in the area.
Mylopotamos beach is about seven kilometers from Tsagarada, in the region of Magnesia.
Mylopotamos is one of the most famous and popular beaches in the entire area. The beach is covered with pebbles and has wonderfully clear waters that deepen quite sharply. Mylopotamos is divided into two parts by a huge rock. The biggest part is organized with sun beds and umbrellas, while featuring a Beach bar and a tavern. If you wish for more peace and quiet, choose the smaller northern part.
The region of Magnesia is served by bus transportation (more info at www.ktelvolou.gr), while it is also crossed by the OSE railway line (more information here).
